Crises Management and Employees’ Commitment of Work Organizations in Port Harcourt, Rivers State

This study critically reviews the relationship between crisis management strategies and employee commitment to Port Harcourt Rivers State work organisations. The employed a survey framework with two objectives, research questions were derived.
